This is the application fluid you were looking for. Better than any mixture of soapy water, it allows for easier installations in a slightly wider range of temperatures.
It turns novices into at least intermediate level installers. The initial surface tension of the sticky vinyl gets broken so you can dial in your alignment. Push the fluid out and you are left with a spot on install.
Non-flammable.
Shake before use. Use in the shade if it is sunny and warm.
We recommend you clean the installation area with this application fluid OR a detail spray that doesn't have wax and THEN this application fluid if the area is really dirty. Use a microfiber cloth to wipe dry. Spray the back of your vinyl and then proceed like we instruct you in many of our installation videos. Align, install, and squeegee or push out the remaining application fluid from under the vinyl. Allow to dry. Use of LIGHT heat can accelerate the initial bonding period.
If used with transfer tape, be sure the vinyl is dry enough to peel back the transfer tape without removing the vinyl (2-3 minutes after pushing as much application fluid out as possible).
This felt lined squeegee aids in protecting vinyl while allowing you to place firm, even pressure.
These characteristics make it ideal for larger vinyl pieces. Aids in preventing bubbles from getting trapped between vinyl and application area.
Soft edge aids in preventing damage to vinyl.

How To Wash Microfiber Towels:
1. Separate microfiber towels by type into designated wash & dry loads
2. Machine wash microfiber goods with Chemical Guys Microfiber Wash and HOT water
3. Add 1 ounce for small wash loads; 2 ounces for medium loads; or 3 or more for large wash loads
4. Machine dry microfiber goods on LOW heat
Do NOT use fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
Don't settle when it comes to your ride, look for the Chemical Guys branded silk edges to protect your paint.

I purchased install kit with my dash sticker because I am not good at this kind of thing and needed all the help I can get. I suppose you could put the kit together yourself, but it was nice having it together. The squeegee with the soft edge was particularily helpful.
I already had fiber towels. Mix a little soap with water in a spray bottle. What I needed was the flat piece with the cloth on it to squeeze the decal flat without scratching it. That came in handy. I used them all and it worked out fine.
These covers for the visors are a perfect added touch to cover those eyesore warning labels! They were easy to apply and seem to be holding up well so far!
Tint was as advertised. Fairly easy to install but I did need more liquid than what came with kit to apply tint. Used a J&J Baby shampoo and water mixture and it worked fine. Be careful that your application area is shielded from wind and dust.
