Temporary Service Disruption
The designated operator of Canada, Canada Post, has asked for countries to temporarily stop sending all mail to Canada. This request is being made as a result of the ongoing national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Owing to the strike, there is no movement of mail within Canada. International items received as of Nov. 15 are being held in secure containers and have not been processed. Therefore, no scans of any sort are available at this time, including at item and receptacle level. When service resumes, items currently being stored will be inducted, processed and delivered as quickly as possible on a first-in, first-out basis. However, customers should expect delays as Canada Post processes the backlog and stabilizes its operations. Regular updates on all postal service disruptions in Canada are available at canadapost.ca/negotiations. Canada Post remains committed to arriving at a negotiated agreement with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Canada Post thanks all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding and cooperation.
These strikes tend to work themselves out. By default we will package and hold orders. As soon as Canada Posts starts accepting shipments again, we will ship them.
Orders with expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, USPS Priority Mail Express) will usually be processed same day if purchased before 1:30PM Eastern time.
USPS Priority Mail does not have a guaranteed delivery time, and while we make a best effort to get them out the same day, processing can take longer. Priority Mail Express does not have service time guarantee to Alaska or Hawaii.
The following are the only domestic guaranteed services by UPS. They are the only ones that qualify for a shipping refund of any kind if they are late making a delivery.
If you choose to add our StickerFab Priority Processing add on service, it offers guaranteed same day processing before 3PM (Monday-Friday). Processing is defined as packaging the item and placing a label on it. Should we not be able to process the item in that timeframe, you will be notified why we were not able to and offered a refund.
Please note that our pickup time for UPS and USPS is 10:30AM. A processed order is defined as an order that is packaged with a label and ready to be picked up.

We are a small, Veteran owned print shop offering a wide variety of semi-custom items. By offering a wide variety of designs and color options. This requires us to print and cut many of the items. Processing times vary with season (Black Friday / Cyber Monday, tax return, car show season, etc).
For this reason we established the StickerFab Priority Processing add on service and also allow for expedited shipping options for those that need items quickly. Please read previous section.
In order to do the thousands of variants we have with a small staff, we employ batch processing. Orders from a certain timeframe (3-5 days) are all printed at the same time and then packaged. This is so we can have a better idea of how many items to make of a certain model, design, and color. It prevents us from having to print the same thing multiple times which would further delay orders.
We are a US based company and collect sales tax in the states we are required to. If you live in a state where we do not collect sales tax, it is your responsibility to remit the appropriate amount of tax.
If you are outside of the US and are subject to import fees, customs, etc, they are your responsibility.
Aside from expedited shipping methods (see above), we will make a best effort to use the shipping method you have chosen. Conditions which we cannot guarantee the same method will be used:
International orders are especially susceptible to dimensional errors in rate calculations. The further you are from our location, the worse these estimations are. To fill your orders we may need to make changes even if a "Worldwide Expedited" method is chosen. Almost all International rates beyond North America have those words in their title and will not be treated the same as domestic and North American "expedited" or "express" orders. Many times we have to bring non StickerFab items to one location in order to fulfill your order. This may take processing time so please note that as well.
If you MUST have a specific shipping method, please leave us a note in the order AND contact us directly. When in doubt, please contact us BEFORE you order (info@stickerfab.com).
This message may be displayed instead of the add to cart button when an item is about to debut but not in stock OR an item is backordered. Please realize when you add this item to cart the shipping will likely be delayed. As stock arrives, orders will be filled in order from oldest to newest.
