These panels are easy to install and they protect your vehicle's paint against abrasions. These abrasions form easily due to movement of the soft top. Normal driving and / or removal of the hard top can cause dirt to rub against the paint and eventually cause wear.
Desired install temperature is 70-85 degrees. Lay out product so it can regain it's flat appearance after shipping. Remove the soft top to gain complete access to the install area. Remove the bolts on each side.
Clean the install area and make sure if it free from any dirt, debris, wax, etc. Remove the protector on the back of the adhesive, align the product, and press down firmly.
Re-install the bolts.
I just finished installing the ledge caps on my 22 2 Dr Bronco.
Looks awesome and easy to install. Took me only an hour (but I did have my top off already). And part of the hour was touching up the paint on the factory bolts as I couldn’t seem to get them off without marring them a little.
It’s a small thing but makes a huge difference in the look when the top is off.
Note: I did put the top on to see if there would be an issue after installing and no issues at all.
These ledge panels are a great addition to my Bronco. They fit exactly and do not interfere with my hardtop in any way. In addition to protecting the body when I take the top off and on, they have reduced external road/wind noise considerably. I definitely recommend!

Had been waiting for more than a year for IAG to offer protection for Bronco 2door. Stickerfab was first to market, and came in at better price. Installation was very straight and adds protection and cosmetics. Overall very satisfied.
